Note: Household income cannot exceed 65% of the area median income. Additional criteria apply. This program is made possible by the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). A homeowner whose house needs repairs may be eligible to receive a grant. The grant is free and never has to be repaid. A grant is available per owner-occupied home to assist with specific home repairs or activities that eliminate conditions detrimental to the safety and health of the residents. Eligible repairs will be determined by project:HOMES, not the homeowner.
