Want to be a STAR? Sign up and volunteer to take part in Public Service Announcement music videos (sponsored by the Town of Ashland through grant funding) that educate folks about the importance of picking up dog waste. All ages welcome!

We will be filming B-Roll on Saturday, April 10 at various locations around Town (seeking humans with their dogs, humans walking & jogging, parents with kids in strollers and kids playing). See sign-up form for locations and times.

Chesapeake Bay March PARADE is scheduled for Saturday, April 10 from 3:30-5:00pm at the Hanover Arts & Activities Center (500 S Center St). We need PARADE participants, kazoo players and whistlers, costumed dogs and humans, poop bag twirlers. ALL AGES WELCOME!

We are also looking for videos of dogs walking and/or pooing. Please text your video (30 seconds or less) in LANDSCAPE orientation to Tom Wulf at 804-301-6913.

1) Chesapeake Bay March (to the tune of Colonel Bogey March) - led by Mayor Steve Trivett. On Sat, April 10 (3:30-5pm) we need parade participants, singers, kazoo players and whistlers, poop bag twirlers. Need kids and adults in animal costumes. Need 2 medium-sized adults to wear Sargeant Peppers costumes. On Tues, April 13 (4:00-5:30pm), we need kids and adults in animal costumes and someone to dress like algae and someone to dress like E.Coli.

2) It Had to be You (Poo Version) - led by Jenny Schontag. Seeking person with dog to clean up "doo doo" (playdoh).

3) Get a Bag for the Doggie - led by Roger Reynolds. Seeking humans walking dogs.

 4) With Your Doggie on the Lead (aka Hey Dog Walker) - led by Felix Stevens.  Seeking dancers, singers.
